Day 13

So I have completed a multitude of goals this week. I am WAY ahead of target which is pretty great to be completely honest.

#12. Do Lent every time during this list.
I am in the process of doing Lent for the first time (out of three) during this list. I am "lenting" Facebook. So far it's been really good; I haven't gotten on Facebook even once and I believe it's been two weeks.. ish. The only thing is, I'm still not reading my Bible or necessarily getting closer to God, so I feel like I might be missing the point.. Probably need to work on that, huh.

#39. Make another wax artwork.
As part of a previous Day Zero list (that I did not complete successfully by the way) I was required to make a wax artwork

Original Wax Creation
I loved this so much that on my new Day Zero list, I decided to create another one, and I did! I actually ended up doing two!

Wax Art #2 (my personal very favorite)

Wax Art #3.

Now I know that my third one looks like a little kid that got into fingerprint... but I still think it has an element of like-ability. (Maybe I'm just crazy!)

#45. Go a week without Makeup.
This was not a very difficult task seeing as I think putting makeup on is a hassle. I'm glad that I did it though, because it helped me realize there is a healthy medium. Even though I may not like makeup, it does make a difference in my outer appearance... although maybe not as much as most people in High School assume.

#71. Send something to post crossing.
I did this... I think. Actually I did this the cowards way out, so I might try and do it again during the list duration... but I'm not sure. So I signed up on the website and got a girl's name and address who lived in Poland. I wrote a letter (which is kind of against the rules... you're supposed to send a postcard, but I didn't exactly have one of those.) and I put it in an envelope. Now you can imagine that if I told my parents that I was sending mail to a stranger in Poland they would not be very happy. So I didn't tell them. I walked to the Post Office and bought a stamp. The only problem is that the stamp I bought was like 45 cents, and I think that I would need 1 dollar and 5 ends to mail overseas. But hey in my opinion the whole point was to get out there and try, which is exactly what I did.

So as I said, uber productive week this week! Hopefully things will continue this way and I might just finish my list early! (Did I just say that? Gasp.)

So anyways follow me on twitter at @kltune and check out my other blog about my actually life at http://ouramazingadventure.blogspot.com

Have a fantastic week!
